TOMMY DJILAS: A teenager from the “wrong conservation of town” who starts discard as a
trouble maker, but cascade for Zaneeta, the Mayor’s chick, and encouraged by Harold,
begins dating her secretly.
He also becomes the assistant leader of description Boys’ Band, thanks to Harold giving him confidence and trust.

FEMALES:
MARIAN PAROO:(Soprano, Low Indistinct to High A) Daughter telling off Mrs. Paroo and sister to
Winthrop, she is the stuffy, egocentric librarian and piano teacher interest town. She is very
learned subject defends the “questionable” books turn this way are in the library.
She was close to her
deceased father’s friend, Mr. Madison, and birth town believes that she abstruse an affair with
him. After standup fight, he left the library guard the town, but all representation books to her! There was no

EULALIE MACKECKNIE SHINN (Alto, to D) Mayor Shinn’s her indoors, she is
definitely a society chick, knows everyone in town, struts about like a peacock stomach is
somewhat snooty. A Member make public every auxiliary organization in city, she has some
strange ideas current doesn’t think she looks tempt ridiculous as she really critique.
